Great decor, warm and friendly. Staff was more than great. Chef Shane is a wonderful person whom I will share a few recipes with.
This is a lovely place. I really loved the food location and seating. I would give five stars for that. But the service was terrible and they were awfully rude. It was a zero star service. We were there with a newly wed couple who does not speak English fluently and with a strong french accent and the servers were awfully rude to them. It was just awful. This place needs better servers. And I notice that many visitors had similar experience with the service. Hope the management look into this.
Visited several times, with the last visit on a Friday evening. Excellent live band with nice, large outdoor area (recently added) with great views depending upon where you sit. Food is marginal and could be compared to cafeteria food. I had boneless chicken breast with asparagus and spinach sauce which appeared to be out of a can. The only vegetable available was canned corn. One of the glasses of wine was very good, while the other was terrible. We asked if they would replace the terrible glass of wine and was told they do not do that. For a wine venue (or nice restaurant), it is usually customary to replace the occasional glass of wine, so their refusal was a bad surprise. (Note: have only asked to replace a glass of wine once before at a different venue) Lastly, the waitress rarely checked on us. We had to ask another staff member to get her one time and had to flagged her down another time. Other than being a great location with nice renovations and great band, I would not recommend this place. However if you are just going for wine with a nice venue, it may be worth stopping by.
One of our favorite places. Atmosphere is awesome Food is very good. We have visited here on July 4th for a few years. Dining outside with a view of the Capitol building & the fireworks is great. You can dine inside or out. Lots of room & they are expanding!wines are both a Missouri selection & they also have a California wine list. The only knock is the food service can be very slow. This has only happened twice, but definitely something they could improve. We met Laine ( spelling?) On our visit last night. She is the events manager & stopped at our table to make sure all was well. Very nice service. If you're a red wine drinker, I highly recommend the Noble Knight Norton.Great ambiance, good food, & personal service. I recommend you visit as soon as you can.
This place is great. My wife and I went there and the food was wonderful and we'll worth the price. I would say an average price for great quality food. We had the pork tenderloin sandwich and the tenderloins were about as big as the plate it was on. We would go back and recommend this place to anyone.
