My pizza order was wrong and I called to get the order corrected. I was nice and polite and they were as well. I told them I would bring the original pizza back, they said no. Keep the original pizza. I then received a call 30 mins later stating that they need the original pizza back bc they needed to make sure I wasn't lying. They young man then told me that he clearly heard the order right! They never read my order back on the phone or showed me my pizza of made sure of accuracy at the register.
